Facility Use Policies

RESERVING THE FACILITY

In order to reserve any part of the facility, you must fill out the Facility Use Request Form. You can pick up the form from Harvest Time Assembly of God business office. 

 

    Reservations need to be made 30 days ahead of time.

 

 

AVAILABILITY

Our facility is generally available Monday to Friday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, all day Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

 

The facility is not available during our regular service times, which are Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.

FEES

Provided the rooms requested are available, members can use them free of charge. However, there is a $25 per hour Building Manager free for facility usage outside of office hours and a $25 set up fee if audio or visual equipment is needed for your event. 

 

In addition, use of the auditorium or gymnasium for larger events (weddings, reception, birthdays) will incur a $100 cleaning fee for each space room. If you need technical assistants throughout your event (i.e. Sound engineer) a $25 per hour fee will be charged to compensate the workers. All fees are due two weeks before event and payment can be made at our office. 

*Audio and Media workers must be approved by Worship Pastor.

 

DECORATIONS 

Decorations are not provided by Harvest Time. Your event coordinator must approve any and all decorations in advance and locations to be decorated or modified.  Painters’ tape is to be used on painted surfaces.

 

 

SETUP AND TEARDOWN

It is your responsibility to set up for your event (if you have requested technical help we will provide that) and once your event is over you are responsible to restore the room to its original state. Everything must be put away exactly as you found it.

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • No deliveries will be accepted by Harvest Time staff for an event. Members must bring all items with them at the time of set-up.

 

  • Harvest Time reserves the right to disallow access to the building to any member who has violated these guidelines.

 

  • Members are liable for all damages incurred to the rooms or equipment they use.

 

  • Harvest Time reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 

  • Members should only access the parts of the facility that they have booked.  Other parts of the facility or equipment should be considered off-limits.

 

  • Facility usages depends on the availability of a staff member to open and close the facility.​
